Delivery

Please note your delivery schedule is based on the first working day from processing. All orders placed before 12 noon will have that day included as a working day. For all orders placed after the first working day will be classed as the day after the order is placed. (See conditions for Next Day Delivery below.)

For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address that can be verified. Customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, or FedEx. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods - if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.

The delivery options are as follows:

  • Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £150
  • Standard delivery UK £4.95
  • Next Day Delivery UK £9.95
  • Delivery Europe £9.95
  • Delivery USA and Canada £13.95

Free standard delivery UK – free standard delivery is available on orders over £150 in the UK. Deliveries will be made within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends & Bank holidays) after you place your order. You will receive an email with order tracking once your order has been despatched. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery. Unfortunately you cannot change the delivery address for a redelivery. Orders are generally delivered between 8am and 6.30pm.

Standard delivery UK £4.95 -  Deliveries will be made within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends & Bank holidays) after you place your order. Your order will be sent via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. You will receive an email with order tracking once your order has been despatched. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery. Unfortunately you cannot change the delivery address for a redelivery. Orders are generally delivered between 8am and 6.30pm.

Next Day Delivery UK £9.95 - If you order by 2pm Monday to Friday and select Next Day Delivery, you will receive your goods the next day. Orders placed on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

Your order will be sent via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Your order will be delivered between 8am and 6.30pm and a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.

Delivery USA and Canada and Australia  £13.95 - Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery of your order. You will receive an email with order tracking once your order has been despatched. Your order will be delivered anytime between 8am and 6.30pm and a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.

Goods ordered from USA and Canada will be shown in US Dollars. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Returns

UK Customers

Free returns under 5kg

  • We will cover the cost of all UK returns up to 5kg using the Royal Mail Packet Post system
  • All UK orders are dispatched with a free Royal Mail return label, which needs to be attached to the returning parcel and then dropped into an official Post Office
  • Although extremely reliable, this service does not include insurance to the value of the goods. Please ensure that you obtain further insurance or use a Royal Mail signed for service for additional protection. The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

UPS or FedEx courier collections/over 5kg

  • For your convenience we can alternatively provide you with a UPS or FedEx collection if you contact our Customer Service at customercare@artonfashion.com. We will respond to your email within 48 hours
  • A small fee of £5.00 will be deducted from your refund total for usage of this service
  • If your own courier is used we cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of delivery. We advise you to obtain a tracking number and insurance for the value of the goods

NON-UK Customers

  • All international customers must pay for their goods to be returned for a refund. Please mark clearly on the outer carton: Art on Fashion Ltd., Ground Floor 1, 21 Derryvolgie Avenue, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT9 6FJ, United Kingdom
  • Failure to do this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us and a delay in your refund being processed
  • We recommend that you use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods
  • We recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute
  • We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of sending and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us
  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable (USA and Canada) - however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly

Returns Policy

Return Information

Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached within 14 days. We may not accept merchandise which is not received in these specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
Please also note the following:

  • We will not accept goods outside the 14 day time frame, other than for faulty garments and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed
  • A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 7 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping or return courier costs
  • If you wish to have an exchange or report a faulty item you may send an email to customercare@artonfashion.com. We will respond to your email within 48 hours
  • Balance may take up to 7 days to appear on recipient's account from date of issue.
